We will discover Little Switzerland on Bistrita Valley, the project of King Carol I for Brosteni Royal Domain (the largest royal property, 1877-1947), former reserve of Voronet Monastery (1488), the home of the last free peasants (razesi) from Bistrita valley.
Crossing the Oriental Carpathians on two of the most scenic mountain roads in Romania, we will admire breathtaking landscapes from Bucovina – Transylvania – Old Kingdom of Romania, places where history meets legend: TransRarau and Talienilor Road (Queen Mary’s Road).

The Church dedicated to the Nativity of the Mother of God in Campulung Moldovenesc, the largest wooden church in Romania, 1855-1858 (1751);
Wood Art Museum, Campulung Moldovenesc, 1936;
Lady`s Rocks, Rarau, 1634 m altitude;
Rarau Monastery, King Carol I, 1883 (Petru Rares, 1538);
Brosteni wooden church, 1760-1779;
Farcasa wooden church, 1774;
Stanisoara pass, 1235 m altitude.
Age of participants: 8-79. Duration, distance: 10-12 hours, approximately 260 km (round trip). Price/participant (the price varies depending on the size of the group, 50% discount for children between 8 and 14 years old): from 49 Euro.
What’s included: full tourist assistance – certified tour guide and driver, pick up and drop off from your hotel, private transport with DACIA DUSTER (AC), parking fees.
What is not included: entrance fees, lunch-dinner. To serve lunch-dinner we will stop at restaurants with traditional menus from the rural area of Suceava – Neamt counties.
